DIPIKA KAKAR TALKS ABOUT TAKING SMALL STEPS ON STAYING HEALTHY; SAYS 'NOT AIMING AT ANY WEIGHT LOSS'

Dipika Kakar, a television actress, recently made headlines for the most minor and unpleasant of reasons. Some of her recent appearances have fueled speculation that she is pregnant for the second time. Dipika is reportedly expecting her second kid after giving birth to a son Ruhaan last year. However, it was later revealed that Dipika had gained a few kilograms following her first pregnancy and was not pregnant for the second time.

There were reports that Dipika was deeply affected by the repeated judgment of her weight and hence refused to address the problem in her vlogs or in an interview. However, in a recent video, the Sasural Simar Ka actor explained why reducing weight is currently not her goal.

Dipika Kakar, an ardent vlogger, was seen drinking an oatmeal-based milkshake. She began the vlog by telling her viewers that the milkshake is highly healthy because it contains oats, bananas, and berries. She then immediately declares that she is not on a weight loss journey and that reducing weight is not her current goal.

The actress claims that she eats healthily whenever possible and at home. However, when she goes out, she eats whatever she wants. She goes on to say that she is not in the mood to lose weight right now, so she eats healthy foods whenever she feels like it.

She said, "I am not aiming at any weight loss, I am not in that zone where I would strictly follow. I am focusing on healthy food as much as I can. But I haven't restricted myself with my sugar intake. When I am at home and I feel like I can try to eat healthy, I do it and if we are out I eat everything that I like. I am going slow and sturdy, just enjoying the phase."
