Some common causes for this condition could be poor gut health, hormonal imbalance or bad eating habits. So, here are some simple remedies to get rid of it.

-If you suffer from bad acne, avoid applying makeup on your face, keep it clean and let your skin breathe.

-According to Shivani, you can try applying a face pack made from Multani mitti. It is to be applied twice a week and should be rinsed with cold water, after a few minutes of its application.

-Exercise a minimum of four times a week or you can work out for at least 30 minutes a day. A good workout keeps you fit as well as your skin younger looking.

-Make sure to use a chemical free face wash while cleansing your face. You can get some suggestions from an expert on what cosmetics to use.

-Avoid consuming fried foods, salty foods, sugar and milk products. It can increase the risk of frequent acne.

-Observe how much water you consume in a day and try to keep your skin hydrated. According to the dietician, reduced water consumption may lead to small bums on the face.

-You can also try applying the green tea face pack. The leftover green tea in the tea bag can be used. It helps the skin to cool down.
