A. R. RAHMAN ON TAYLOR SWIFT: SHE IS A GOOD CASE STUDY AND INSPIRATION FOR MUSICIANS

AR Rahman, praised for his music in the latest movie "Amar Singh Chamkila," admires Taylor Swift, the American singer-songwriter. The composer who won an Oscar Award says he's willing to work with the singer known for the song "Cruel Summer." In a recent interview with Connect FM Canada, he mentioned that when it comes to making music with Taylor, the style of music isn't important to him. He shared, “Whatever she wants! If she wants a dance number, it will be a dance number; if she wants a romantic number, it will be a romantic number. She writes the lyrics anyway!"

He further added, “If people take the power of music to do good things, it is great. Michael Jackson had the power to do that. He did a lot of charity concerts and did philanthropic work in Africa. It is nice to see Taylor attaining that. She has gone through so much. She got cheated and made a comeback. She is a good case study and inspiration for musicians.”

Taylor Swift recently made history as the first musician ever to reach billionaire status, entering the Forbes Billionaires List for the first time. Rahman commented that the singer of "Blank Space" serves as an inspiration to the music world.

During the music launch of the biopic, where he portrays Amar Singh Chamkila, Diljit Dosanjh was observed touching the feet of the musician. The composer of "Humma Humma" expressed admiration for Diljit's style and humble demeanor.
